Sony Xperia Z3 Features Explained

Sony Xperia Z3 Features Explained

Set to release this September, much has been said about the Sony Xperia Z3, but not much has actually been verified! Here to set the record straight we’ve got all of the features that have been confirmed about the Xperia Z3 explained below!

Metal! Oh how we love metal! The solid feel of true quality in your hands is something that plastic smartphones just don’t have. Sony decided to stick with their higher end style and produce a lovely metal framed Xperia Z3 for users featuring a 7mm thickness. No word yet on the size of the screen, but we do know it will have a full HD display and you can bet your money on one aiming around 5 inches. This time there will be change in the design too compared to its predecessor.

Another thing to look forward to is the fact that the Xperia will undoubtedly have its lifeproof design that users raved about with the previous model. This means no water or dust getting in and a great coating making the entire device more resistant to scratches and scuffs!

Processor and RAM

Want something speedy that can truly handle all of the apps you can throw at it? Well you are definitely going to love this Sony Xperia Z3. It will feature a quad core Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 processor with three, yes three, gigs of RAM. Additionally you will also see an Adreno graphics processor and tons of internal memory. We’re talking about 16 and 32 gigs of memory with (not confirmed yet) an external slot for additional removable memory!

Sony has always taken great pains to ensure that their smartphones were equipped with high quality cameras on both the front and back of their devices. Fortunately they didn’t drop the ball with the Sony Xperia Z3. This smartphone is said to feature a fantastic 20.7 megapixel rear camera that is capable of taking some absolutely phenomenal photos even in low light settings and can also take full HD video!

No confirmation on the forward facing display but we can expect around two or three megapixels for taking selfies and the ability to take HD videos as well!

Unfortunately there is absolutely no word yet on the price. While Sony has hinted at a late August, early September release date, we have not heard anything yet on how much the device will cost customers.
